Company description: MLC is a specialized boutique consulting company (~40 colleagues) in the area of Digital Process Transformation, rooted in Business Process Management, driven by data. We use methods and tools such as LEAN, ARIS, change management, dashboarding, process mining, agile, etc. to improve processes, applying continuous improvement techniques to ensure a long-lasting impact.
Most of our work is done in the financial and (semi-)public sectors, with customers such as Rabobank, NS, Department of Defense and the municipality of Amsterdam. We pride ourselves on our warm culture, with fun events, healthy work-life balance and authentic relationships at our core.
